QA/QC Introduction

We implement the ISO9001 management system. Our QC equipment includes three-dimensional coordinate test instruments, motorcycle testing platforms and electro-motion testing equipment.

With more than 50 employees in this department, we inspect raw materials and spare parts strictly and evaluate our part suppliers for production capacity, quality control and management practices.

Our experienced QC members inspect each procedure on every production line according to the CE and GS standards. Furthermore, we keep packing appearance smooth and clear and inspect products to ensure good condition in color boxes and cartons during assembling and packing.

Our personnel always check packaging twice to meet our customers' requirements. QC and sales department will randomly inspect finished products before delivery.
